Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return for eligible products within 72hrs of the date the product is delivered to you, unless otherwise stated in a particular product drop or promotion.

To be eligible: The socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them.

All original tags, packaging, labels and any accessories must be intact. If tags are removed, the return may be declined or the refund reduced

The product must be in resalable condition

Exclusions / Final Sale Items:

Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Limited Drop – Non-Returnable”, or customised/made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns or refunds, or may be eligible only for exchange or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, please visit the “Returns” section of our website or log into your account and access your order history.

Submit your return request with your order number, reason for return, and condition of item you need to add 2 photos of the products minimum.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions (e.g., a prepaid label if applicable, or shipping address).You are responsible for shipping the item back unless we have provided a prepaid return.

Shipping & Costs:

Unless otherwise stated (for example during a promotion), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us, we will cover return shipping costs. Please ensure the returned parcel is properly packaged and shipped with a reliable carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Condition Upon Receipt & Inspection:

Once we receive your returned socks, we will inspect them and notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If the item is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

If the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags/packaging, or is no longer in resalable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect diminished value, or decline the return entirely

Refunds & Exchanges :

For approved returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method used at purchase (credit/debit, UPI, wallet, etc.), within 7 business days after we accept the return and verify the condition. If you prefer, you may opt for an exchange (for a different size/color) or store credit coupon valid for future purchases at RareMint.

Shipping charges initially paid by you (standard shipping cost) may not always be refundable, particularly if you chose expedited shipping. We may refund only the standard shipping amount or none at all. Refunds will exclude any restocking or handling fee, if applicable

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will assess and, if approved, arrange either a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund including return shipping.

Made-to-Order / Customised Drops:

Given RareMint’s luxury limited-edition and customised drops:

For made-to-order customised socks (e.g., bespoke initials, special packaging, specific colourways) — once order and payment are confirmed and production begins, these are non-cancellable and may be non-returnable. If a made-to-order item has a defect, we will evaluate and may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These returns and refund terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes related to returns/refunds shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune only. IT is subject to Pune jurisdiction.

Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to subsequent purchases.

For orders placed prior to a change, your purchase is governed by the policy in place at the time of your order.
